Maintenance Items Log

Below is a log of maintenance items which have been identified requiring amendment to the Income Tax Act 2004 or the Income Tax Act 2007.

Maintenance items are bought to the attention of the Rewrite Advisory Panel and include corrections of cross-references, spelling and punctuation.

Generally they will be incorporated into an available Amendment Act.

This log will be updated from time to time.
