| Description of issue |
This submission is made in respect of an unintended law change
resulting from the enactment of the Income Tax Act 2007 ("2007
Act"). The unintended change in law arises due a reference
to '34% or more" in the 2007 Act, instead of "34 or more
percentage points" as in the Income Tax Act ("2004 Act"). |
