Description of issue This submission is made in respect of an unintended law change resulting from the enactment of the Income Tax Act 2007 ("2007 Act").  The unintended change in law arises due a reference to '34% or more" in the 2007 Act, instead of "34 or more percentage points" as in the Income Tax Act ("2004 Act").
