Content / form of submissions

Each submission should include:

• the section reference under the ITA 2004 or ITA 2007.
• the corresponding section reference under the ITA 1994
• a brief interpretation of the ITA 2004, ITA 1994 (or earlier legislation)
• a brief interpretation of the corresponding provision under the ITA 2004 or ITA 2007.
• a reference to any policy and practice under the ITA 2004, ITA 1994 (or earlier legislation)
• the name and contact details of the submitter.
